Biomedical Drywall Project

Midwest Drywall Wichita used LightYX on the Biomedical Campus project for drywall layout. The scope included marking layout lines across a 42,000 sq. ft. project area, with a total of 8,000 linear feet completed.

Using the BeamerOne system, the team projected the drywall layout directly from the digital drawings onto the jobsite surface, helping crews move faster through layout while maintaining accuracy across the project area.

Layout Productivity

LightYX helped Midwest Drywall complete the layout in 4 days, with an average production rate of 2,000 linear feet per day and approximately 10,500 sq. ft. per day. This gave the team a fast and consistent layout workflow for a large biomedical campus project.
